1.1.2.1 Pushed out
by Austin on Aug.29, 2009, under Growlbook
Brief post before I go to sleep. I just pushed out 1.1.2.1, a quick update for 1.1.2 which was also just pushed. Chance are you didn’t see 1.1.2, which is fine, 1.1.2.1 is what you want anyway.
Changelog to come tomorrow after I’ve slept – or check the Facebook page.

first of all, I LOVE your app. thanks for the hard work. Im sure it isn’t easy. When you stated above that you “pushed” out a new version, I feel stupid for asking, but, should my app update automatically? O, do I need to download the new version?
Once again, your hard work is appreciated.

Provided you have 1.1.1.0 or above, merely restart Growlbook or right click the tray icon and select Chech for updates. If you have an older version, install 1.1.1.0 first and you’ll be good to go.

Hi Austin, Growlbook is great! Would it be possible to add support for multiple accounts? I’m a musician and thus have to keep track of a few different Facebook accounts as per each project.
Thanks for all your great hard work!

Great concept. I just can’t successfully log in… I’ve quadruple checked my email/password combination and can log in just fine on FireFox.

I get an error when I try to update.
See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
For example:
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Whenever I tried to log in I get an error saying “Internet Connection” in bold followed by “There was no valid connection.”
My login is correct. I have internet or else I wouldn’t be able to post this
.
I also noticed under Options there’s a tab for “Growl”. I have no idea what this is…. Do I have to do something with Growl to get GrowlBook to work?

Oh it seems like someone else had a similar problem but not exactly so. I tried to have my FaceBook logged in with “Keep me logged in”, or however it’s worded, checked. Then attempted to use the Login on GrowlBook but it’s still giving the same error. No idea what is going on
